4. Shipping for Exchanges
You will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to us in its original packaging. Once we receive the product and verify the defect, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.

5. Non-Defective Products

However, if you believe that a non-defective product was shipped to you in error, please contact our customer service team within  03 days of receiving the product.
