  3. Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for clients and employees. We use potable water for all guest-related purposes and every time water is in contact with clients’ skin (e.g., ice served for drinks or for services, wet towels, and more). The reason for this policy is that the tap water in South East Asia are not potable and potentially harmful for health as containing heavy metals and cancerous particles. We provide disposable pouches, sterilized tools and equipment for each service, and regularly sanitize our salons following European standards. We greet our guests warmly, address them by their names, and thank them for their patronage. We avoid any inappropriate or offensive language or behavior, such as gossiping, arguing, or complaining. All employees wear uniforms and maintain a neat appearance according to the Privé Internal Grooming Guidelines.
  5. Skill Development: Commit to continuous learning and skill improvement to offer the highest quality nail care and spa services in all our branches locally and internationally. We seek feedback from your clients, peers, mentors, or experts on how to improve our skills and services. We also showcase our portfolio of work or testimonials from satisfied customers on the website and official social media channels.
  6. Non-Discrimination: Embrace diversity and refrain from discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or any other characteristic. We welcome and serve all clients equally and fairly, regardless of their backgrounds or identities. We charge our clients fairly and honestly, based on the quality and value of our services. We display your prices clearly and prominently and inform your clients of any additional charges or fees before starting the service. We provide receipts or invoices for all transactions, and there are no hidden fees or surcharges.
  10. Sustainability: Strive to be environmentally responsible, minimizing waste and adopting sustainable practices whenever possible. Our CND PRO Skincare line is certified using 100% post-consumer recycled packaging, vegan and natural origin formula. Comfort Zone products are made in Italy with renewable resources. All lines are 100% Certified Plastic Neutral, fully CO2 compensated. Comfort Zone products are also free from silicones, animal derivatives, mineral oil, artificial colorants, and SLS. They are suitable for vegans, clinically proven effective, and dermatologically tested. We reduce energy and water consumption by using LED lights, low-flow faucets, and waterless pedicures. All products packaging are either recycled through regular official channels or transformed into art used in our salons across the world.
  11. Dress Code: Adhere to a professional dress code that reflects the brand’s image and maintains a clean appearance. All employees wear uniforms and name tags. Staff’s toes are covered with black socks, not shown. Hair is kept tidy and away from the face, and excessive accessories and visible tattoos are avoided or covered. All employees keep their nails clean and manicured, and use neutral colors.
  12. Confidentiality of Business Information: Protect and uphold the confidentiality of any proprietary or trade secrets related to our business. All employees sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We store and secure any confidential information properly and according to the law of intellection property and data of each jurisdiction in which we operate.

We do not copy, imitate, or plagiarize the work of another nail artist without giving credit. We obtain supplier licenses or invoices for products that we use in your salon that are protected by intellectual property rights. We do not publish or use photographs of clients or guest without their written consent for marketing purposes.
  15. Prohibited Practices: Refrain from offering or promoting any unethical or illegal practices in the industry.
  16. Advertising Accuracy: Ensure that all advertising and marketing materials are truthful and accurate, representing the services appropriately.
  17. Conflict Resolution: Handle client complaints or disputes with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolving issues satisfactorily. We follow a clear and fair procedure for handling client complaints or disputes.   18. Community Engagement: Contribute positively to the community by participating in charitable events or initiatives.
