Can you serve me in English?

The Privé Spa has embraced since its inception international standards.

We are able to assist and help you in fluent English, Vietnamese, French (remotely), Mandarin and Cantonese.

What are your business hours?

All branches are open from 10:00 to 21:00 (with the last service at 20:00), every day including holidays.

When can i expect my booking to be confirmed?

It usually takes up to 12 hours to confirm your booking. Please be kindly reminded that a booking is only valid if it has been confirmed by us!

I have an urgent request, what shoud I do?

If urgent, please call +84 90909 5491 (D1) or +84 90909 6491 (D2 & LM 81) for assistance and +84 90909 1140 or +84 90909 5606 for escalation.
